  Innovation Exhibition Submission Guidelines

  Login:

  Access the portal using the username and password provided in the email.

  Submission Format:

  Submissions must be in PPT. Kindly upload your project photos, videos, and other evidence into a Google Drive or YouTube channel, and share the link within the presentation. You can share multiple YouTube links.

  Length and Size Limits:

  • Presentations should not exceed 12 slides.
  • The maximum file size limit is 100MB to facilitate easy transmission and review.

  Submission Process:

  • Submission deadline: May 31st, 2024.
  • Review and confirmation: June 2nd 2024
  • Innovation Exhibition Date: June 15th, 2024.
